Surface Preparation

Damaged wall areas were sanded, locally rebuilt, primed and prepared for a uniform final coating. Floors and adjacent surfaces remained protected throughout the works.

Result

The shared entrance and elevator areas received a clean, consistent finish. Former radiator recesses and local wall damage were integrated into the existing interior surfaces.
