The existing flat roof was cleaned and levelled. Redundant roof equipment, cables and steel structures were removed. Waterproof plywood formed a reliable substrate at parapets, eaves and rebuilt ventilation locations before the SBS system was installed.
The completed roof is documented through critical weatherproofing details: parapet flashings, ventilation penetrations, triangular fillets, chimney caps and clean SBS junctions.
