Why the Journey Exists
A client does not come for a list of works. They come for their future Home.
RPM-001 describes a person’s journey through House of RAMERK: from the first conversation to the moment the space becomes truly their own.
The First Conversation
The first meeting is not for selling. It is for listening.
The Client Story
Every project has a technical brief. But first, it has a human story.
We record the client’s lifestyle, habits, rhythm, values, and understanding of comfort. These answers become the foundation of the decisions, not a decorative appendix to the project.
Vision
A clear idea must come before the drawings.
The Vision defines what the Home should become, what character it should have, and what feelings it should create. It is the shared direction for construction, interior design, textiles, and personal style.
Discovery & Survey
The space must be understood before it is changed.
Observe
Inspection of the property, its context, and existing solutions.
Measure
Measurements, photographic records, and baseline data.
Understand
Risks, constraints, and hidden dependencies.
Proposal
A proposal must explain the journey, not only the price.
The client receives a clear description of the scope, stages, indicative budget, schedule, assumptions, and what remains unknown.
Agreement
Agreement begins when both parties understand the task in the same way.
Before the project begins, the scope boundaries, roles, decision-making process, communication, and procedure for changing the agreed scope are recorded.
The Project Begins
Nothing should become less clear after signing.
Communication
The client should never have to guess what is happening to their Home.
We communicate progress, decisions, risks, and changes in clear language. Important agreements are recorded in writing.
Decisions
A good project consists of decisions that can be traced and explained.
Key decisions are assigned a date, a responsible person, a basis, and client approval. This protects the project from forgotten agreements.
Quality & Evidence
Quality must be demonstrated, not merely promised.
The client sees inspection points, concealed works, photographic records, material documentation, and acceptance results.
Handover
Handover is not simply the moment the keys are delivered. It is the completion of responsibility.
The Home is handed over with a clear documentation package, a record of decisions, warranty information, and operating recommendations.
After the Project
The relationship does not end on the day the acceptance document is signed.
House of RAMERK remains available for questions, warranty matters, maintenance, and the future development of the Home.
